The finance and accounting labor market will continue to evolve in 2018: unemployment is decreasing, demand for talent is going up, availability of candidates is going down, and salaries are rising.
Whether you have a small budget, with little to spend, or money to spend but not sure how to spend it, here are a few suggestions that will be worth the investment.

As you start your career, you will hear everywhere and from almost everyone that you should have a mentor. The LEAP Council shares how having a mentor can be a benefit to your career.
There were many times while studying that I was frustrated and burnt out. I could have easily given up. In the end I am so glad I didn’t. Obtaining my CPA license has been one of my best achievements!
